Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Provide advanced knowledge and expertise of application design and development of application components or multiple application solutions to meet business solution and customer/user requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of software businesses while staying up to date with industry trends and best practices

• Provide expertise and key steps for designing, developing, and providing software applications and systems for medium to high complexity project that meet business needs as Expert/Role model in software solution
• Leverage advanced knowledge, provide solutions of software development, and solve technical problem that meets the defined requirements
• Lead and share technical knowledge to monitor system operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
• Manage and provide consultancy in various programming languages and frameworks
• Recommend complex design and tools for system development
• Lead improvement of software quality by defining issues and common patterns to implement the changed code/design
• Lead and ensure the quality and reliability of software through testing process
• Drive and maintain documentation by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Provide expertise, guidance and introduce the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Manage stakeholders from both internal and external parties to resolve software development issues and to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team
• Provide consultancy and technical training in all related software development aspects to the team
