Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities
- Architect and design APIs and control-logic software for large-scale distributed networking services.
- Drive outcomes as a key contributor and design and implement multi-quarter development efforts for multithreaded networking services in Java/C++/Go.
- Scope problems and recommend solutions with well reasoned judgment calls and implement the solution directly or delegating to the team.
- Drive software best practices and architectural patterns on a project-wide level.
- Collaborate with product teams and TLs to build these services.
