Senior Software Engineer Team Lead

Mediaware is a pioneer in Media Agency Operations Management Software with over 30 years of industry experience. Our flagship SaaS platform, aDintelle, powers end-to-end advertising operations for leading global media agencies across TV, Digital, Print, Radio, OOH, Cinema, Influencer Marketing, Events, and PR.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Developer / Engineering Lead to drive our technology transformation. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable enterprise SaaS products while mentoring engineering teams.

• Lead and mentor the engineering team.
• Drive architecture modernization and technical strategy.
• Reduce technical debt and improve code quality.
• Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD, and delivery governance.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Implement AI-assisted development practices.
• Build scalable engineering processes and foster a high-performance culture.

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, Azure/AWS.
• Experience with enterprise applications, architecture, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in ERP, Media & Advertising Technology, Financial Systems, or Enterprise Workflow Platforms is a plus.
