Responsibilities
- Designing and enforcing quality assurance frameworks and standards.
- Identifying process gaps and contributing to ongoing improvements.
- Defining measurable quality benchmarks and guiding development teams to meet them.
- Delivering regular quality assessments and actionable feedback to stakeholders.
- Keep documentation up-to-date, including test procedures and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software QA, ideally within automotive, electronics, or IT sectors.
- Familiarity with software development workflows and quality control practices.
- Proficiency in English both writing and speaking.
- Skilled in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication.
- Able to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Skilled in creating and executing test cases.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality.
Willingness to learn new tools and testing approaches.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
