Job Summary:
Senior Test Engineer responsible for designing and executing manual and automated test strategies to ensure highquality software delivery. builds and maintains automation frameworks, identifies defects, and collaborates with crossfunctional teams to improve product reliability. Provides guidance to junior testers and contributes to continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
Role & Responsibility
- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and other project artifacts to develop extensive test scripts which include all exception possibilities. Test are designed with a focus on reuse and maintainability
- Ensure that the UAT is done according to the timeline set including planning for contingency in case of errors
- Plan and perform User Acceptance Test and rerun if the results do not meet acceptance level
- Accountable for the quality of the UAT function
- Maintain records of test results, analyze test results/ test procedures and recommend corrective actions
- Manage both internal and cross-functional UAT team to deliver UAT within project timeline
- Assist with development of Junior members of the team
- Defect Management and triage
- Assistance with reporting to management on the progress of testing as required
- Perform Post Implementation Review (PIR) testing after releasing new software or hardware into the production environment
- Manage regression test suite and automated test cases following any production release
- Fully understand business requirements to ensure any test cases are accurate and have necessary coverage.
- Reporting on testing results and creating of defects found during automated testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Information Technology or other related fields
- At least 7 years experience in Mobile Internet Application testing, developer or related function
- Knowledge of banking products and Banking Industry and Finance
- Good command of Thai both Speaking and Writing
