Develop corporate strategy and analyze new business opportunities and potential impact and assist Strategic Planning Department in formulating strategic recommendations.
Formulate corporate strategy and develop five-years strategic plan for the bank which will enabling and leading the bank to improve its business, product, process, and information technology.
Consolidate corporate strategic plans as well as identify critical issues/opportunities
Provide strategic recommendations to executive management on how to optimize near-term growth.
Execute investment strategy and integrate business model sharing common resources that well fits with customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
At least 7-10 years of experience in Finance/Banking, Strategy, Product Strategy. Business Consulting firm.
Strong business acumen.
Analytical, strategic, and structural thinking, Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and cope with pressure and challenges
