Job Description

Role Summary:

Are you passionate about customer data, personalization, and marketing technology Join our Customer Platform team as a Senior/Specialist - Customer Platform, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer engagement at ttb.

This role leads the development and optimization of our Customer Data Platform (CDP), enabling smarter Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Campaign Management Automation (CMA) capabilities, and owns the Personalized Engine that powers real-time recommendations and tailored experiences across channels. You'll work at the intersection of MarTech, data, and digital strategy, translating business needs into scalable solutions that drive measurable impacts and platform ROI.

Job Description:

1.Platform Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead the development of data foundations for new CRM and CMA systems.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks, and complete assigned deliverables in accordance with technology roadmap.
  • Own and continuously enhance the Personalized Engine, including its recommendation logic and performance.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of essential business intelligence tools, dashboards, and personalization features.
  • Ensure timely and effective deployment of all assigned tasks, maintaining platform performance, and user experiences.
  • Analyze the cost-benefit of developed features, monitor usage, and manage the profit and loss of platform capabilities.

2.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data Optimization:

  • Partner with Data Operations, Data Science, Campaign Solution, and Marketing teams to support the delivery of solutions, ensuring alignment with established project timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, escalating and coordinating with the platform owner.
  • Drive initiatives to streamline digital processes and ensure alignment with data governance, privacy, and integration standards.
  • Champion data integrity and compliance across all customer data touchpoints.

3.Team Leadership & Capability Building:

  • Participate in continuous training and development to build technical expertise and support ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Contribute to a culture of shared learning by actively supporting team initiatives and process improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:

1.Technical Skills

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or similar data structure.
  • Solid understanding of CRM and CMA systems, including integration with data platforms and campaign tools.
  • Experience managing or contributing to recommendation systems or personalization engines.
  • Solid grasp of data management and governance, including data quality, lineage, and privacy protocols.
  • Ability to translate sales/marketing/business needs into technical tasks, ideally within Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL and basic proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) or campaign management platforms.

2.Project and Stakeholder Management:

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaborations.
  • Experience in backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and roadmap execution.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in resolving operational issues.

3.Experience Level:

  • Senior Specialist: 5+ years of experience in MarTech, data platforms, CRM/CMA systems, or related fields.
  • Specialist: 2-4 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ability to manage platform-related tasks and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks).
  • Experience with marketing automation, personalization engines, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline, data orchestration tools, and machine learning model deployment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with batch and real-time data processing.
  • Familiarity with MarTech stacks, CDP vendors, or campaign orchestration tools.
