Senior Specialist - Metrics, Analytics & Reporting

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Metrics, Analytics & Reporting team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Specialist Metrics, Analytics & Reporting

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and work closely with business. As a Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding client data, configuring, and testing the digital platform to meet the unique needs of our clients and business. You are expected to have excellent communication skills, analytical aptitude, eye for detail as you manage large and complex data, build rapport with colleagues across geographies by way of clear and precise communication.

We will count on you to:

• Work closely with Marsh's business colleagues internationally to effectively manage data implementation
• Maintain the architecture of the digital platform, including form creation, labels, locations management, field management, user access management, and scheduling reports.
• Collaborate closely with the digital tool service provider to optimize the platform for business needs.
• Parse data from multiple sources to support data and analytics strategy.
• Manipulate, analyze, and present valuations information to create benchmarks and inform decision-making.
• Communicate technical solutions to audiences with varying levels of technical fluency and seniority.

What you need to have:

• Bachelors degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Intermediate level expertise in HTML, XML, SQL
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with VBA Macros is preferred.
• Strong data analytical and technical background with experience building sophisticated reports, forms, and interactive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is advantageous.
• Ability to handle data upload/download and create data pipeline procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• GOOD TO HAVE - Analytical skills to solve business problems using Python and data manipulation techniques.
