Job Summary:
Support the Head of Wealth Segment & Strategy in driving customer growth, value creation, and strategic initiatives across the wealth customer journey. This role will also take a lead in coordinating product marketing activities to enhance visibility and adoption of wealth solutions among target customer segments.
Job Description :
1. Strategic Support & Execution
• Assist in developing and executing strategies to grow wealth customer segments.
• Support customer segmentation analysis, journey mapping, and opportunity sizing for both acquisition and portfolio growth.
2. Customer Acquisition & Retention
• Help define customer acquisition initiatives using data and insight-driven approaches.
• Coordinate with analytics and marketing teams to monitor campaign performance and conversion rates.
3. Wealth Product Marketing & Customer experience
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for wealth products.
• Support development and enhancement of customer value propositions tailored to each wealth segment.
• Gather feedback from frontline and customers to improve proposition design and delivery.
4. RM Capability & Communication Support
• Coordinate with the Wealth Academy to support training, knowledge sharing, and adoption of segment strategies among Relationship Managers.
• Prepare briefing materials, playbooks, and talking points for internal communication.
