Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive site production layout strategy that meets our business needs
- Design and optimize overall site production and office layouts to achieve area efficiency targets and flexibility
- Lead project management for layout implementation, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery
- Drive standardization of workplace design to maximize productivity, reduce waste, and ensure high product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Facilities, Environment Safety & Health, IT) to maintain a safe, efficient, and clean work environment
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date layout information in our database and documentation
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on production layout and process optimization
- Proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity gains
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
