Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Drive for test operation enablement with transfer project, new product introduction (NPI), including process setup, qualification, and documentation release.
- Able to lead test team as well as collaborate with cross team for test related topic.
- Setup and optimize both Test and MSP processes in semiconductor manufacturing (e.g. OCAP, WI, AOI inspection, Oven, OCR, and packing materials etc.)
- Ensure full product traceability through accurate scanning, labeling, and data integration with MES systems.
- Analyze production data (yield, rejects, mislabeling, packing defects) and drive for root cause analysis and corrective actions cross team.
- Set up, maintain, and improve process in test operation including test process and MSP process.
- Monitor and control Scan & Pack processes to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production.
- Define and optimize process parameters, work instructions (WI), and control plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce defects, and OEE improvement.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
- 2-5+ years of experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or automated production environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies (RCA, 8D, FMEA).
- Understanding of cost of test (COT) and able to drive for cost savings initiatives.
- Familiarity with MES systems, barcode/traceability systems are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Final test packing, vision inspection, or labeling systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
