Control warehouse operations system by determining goods handling, implementation and improvement for operation procedures, equipment utilization
Responsible for the performance of the terminal to ensure good results are achieved, e.g. lost time injury, damage or loss, overall time management
Costs control, e.g. overtime in line according to support business and equipment usage.
Assist prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and submit on time
Maintains HSSE by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations
Work with concerned function to ensure effective supply solutions
Assist in the development of a distribution infrastructure that supports our customers in the most cost effective and efficient manner
Supervise daily activities of the terminal, equipment and team; e.g. inbounding, QC, shift planning and people utilization
Maintain good conditions of facility and utility, perform basic maintenance
Monitor & Maintain team in standard operating procedures and work instructions
Lead, Coach and develop team to improve skills and competencies
Job Requirements
Qualification :
At least a Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse management or in related field.
At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse, distribution operations and/or Logistic.
English skill (Good) : listening speaking reading and writing.
Be able to work under pressure, not allow stress to affect quality of work.

Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the management, and business stakeholders both Thai and English.
