Senior Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain leader to drive end-to-end operations across planning, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, inventory control, and customer service. This role owns the S&OP process, optimizes inbound and outbound logistics, manages 3PL partners, and ensures efficient inventory and working capital management.

You will lead SAP and supply chain system governance, oversee CAPEX/OPEX planning, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards. A key focus will be building a high-performing, customer-centric team while enhancing service excellence and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or related field
• 8+ years experience in supply chain, with 4+ years leading teams
• Strong SAP knowledge (planning, purchasing, logistics, warehousing)
• Proven track record in change management, cost optimisation and stakeholder engagement
• Chemical or pharma industry experience advantageous
