About NRF:

NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited NRF is a leading southeast Asian food manufacturer and distributor based in Thailand, producing its own signature brands, private label products, and co-packaging lines. In addition, the Company has diversified into plant base business and Ecommerce business not only in Thailand but also in USA and Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, initiate, and manage NRF's sustainable projects.
  • Plan and manage ESG for all stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for THSI assessment and SD report for SET.
  • Be responsible for United Nations Global Compact report and support all activities.
  • Plan, initiate, create, and manage new projects related to Circular Economy, Waste Upcycling and Carbon Reduction.
  • Be responsible for NRF's sustainable partners such as UN, World Economic Forum, COP, SBTi, Race to Zero, Climate Neutral Now, TCNN, RE100th, TGO etc.
  • Participate in all activities and create reports to the company's sustainable partners.
  • Be responsible for company's CSR activities.
  • Initiate development of sustainability framework and strategies in line with corporate vision, material topics, risks, trends and ESG indicators
  • Cooperate with relevant functions to formulate sustainability execution plan in line with PDCA, such as carbon reduction, employee development, HRDD and product traceability etc.
  • Track progress, research data and prepare proposal to support executives and board of directors.
  • Facilitate secretary of the risk committee and relevant functions in research and knowledge sharing; such as ESG risks, trends and tools
  • Gather relevant data to develop corporate sustainability disclosure and materials such as sustainability report (GRI Standard), presentation, social media contents and ESG assessments (THSI, CGR and Climate Neutral Now)
  • Coordinate with government agencies and strategic partners e.g., SET, TGO, UN, GCNT, TCNN and SBTi
  • Manage annually CFO evaluation for NRF and its subsidiary.
  • Initiate and manage CSR and CSV-based activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master in Sustainability business, environmental, Business and related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in the managerial level and working in the listed company.
  • Experience in ESG, THSI, and SD reports
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Be able to multitask and capable of working in several projects simultaneously.
  • Own leadership skill and optimistic mindset
