The Opportunity
ASW Consulting is seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our client, a well-established IT solutions company that delivers end-to-end IT services across multiple industries, particularly finance and manufacturing.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and resolving defects in existing systems, as well as contributing to the design, development, and deployment of applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with clients business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform measurement data collecting as defined in project or organizational standard.
- Gather data from stakeholders to analyze business objectives, processes, and requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Provide technical guidance and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high quality software solutions.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or any related fields.
- At least 10 years working as a System Analyst in an agile software development environment.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language
- Proven ability in managing the projects, generating process documentation and reports.
- Ability to communicate with team members and management to explain complex issue precisely.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, interpersonal, detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills.
- English Working Proficiency.
