Senior System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze system architecture, data flows, and API integrations between mobile apps and core lending systems
• Perform impact analysis for new features, enhancements, and defect fixes across dependent systems
• Produce and maintain system documentation including architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and change logs
• Translate business requirements into functional and system specifications for engineering teams
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Ensure traceability from requirements to system design, test cases, and releases
• Support SIT and UAT by clarifying system behavior and integration points
• Provide Level 2 support for incidents, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Core System teams to ensure solution alignment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as System Analyst / Business Analyst in software delivery
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
• Experience working with mobile applications connected to backend/core systems
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum framework
• Experience in writing functional specifications, interface documents, and impact assessments
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and support incident resolution
• Experience in fintech, banking, or lending platforms preferred
