- Oversee and optimize significant financial portfolios, including credit, investment, or treasury operations, ensuring adherence to risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to identify new business opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends, assess potential risks, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments (e.g., risk management, legal, operations) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and projects.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and board members on business performance, strategic direction, and financial outlook.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.
- Drive innovation and efficiency within assigned areas, implementing new technologies or processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of success in managing large portfolios, driving business growth, and achieving strategic objectives.
- Strong understanding of financial products, markets, regulations, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
