About the Role :
The System Operator Supervisor will oversee the operations of banking system, ensuring efficient processing and maintenance while leading a dedicated team to meet service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise preventive maintenance and assign works to team.
- Control incidents within SLA and ensure adequate processing capacity and efficiency to support system operations.
- Support system configuration in compliance with security standards to maintain system integrity and safety.
- Identify and resolve system issues arising from software, hardware, network, and database malfunctions, ensuring uninterrupted service.
- Collaborate with consortium, vendors and customers to support work that relates to project.
- Summarize and report incident to customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk, technical support or other related technical position.
- Experience in bank projects or any service integration with bank system would be an advantage.
Required Skills
- Experience of Fortinet, Cisco, Radware and Oracle products (would be preferred).
- Knowledge of Linux & VMware.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work overtime and on holidays.
- Strong customer communication skills.
