About the Role
We are seeking a Senior TA / TA Manager to drive recruitment initiatives in Thailand. This role covers full-cycle hiring across functions, employer branding, campus recruitment, and TA projects. You will partner with business leaders and regional HR to deliver a strong talent pipeline aligned with business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
- Drive campus recruitment programs to build early talent pipelines.
- Strengthen employer branding through events, campaigns, and digital channels.
- Lead and execute TA projects to improve processes and candidate experience.
- Provide talent market insights, salary benchmarks, and workforce planning support.
- Collaborate with regional HR to ensure consistent standards and alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in recruitment, ideally in fintech, tech, or high-growth industries.
- Proven track record in either agency or in-house recruitment.
- Strong experience in campus recruitment, employer branding, and TA projects.
- Skilled in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
- Fluent in English and Thai; strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of Thailands labor market and work pass regulations.
