Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for various roles across multiple departments.
- Prepare, manage, and publish job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms and sourcing channels.
- Liaise closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, align on candidate profiles, and provide regular hiring progress updates.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews, to assess candidates skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Support end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires, including account or system setup and registration, other follow-up tasks.
- Maintain, update, and monitor the candidate database to ensure accurate tracking of recruitment progress, candidate status, and hiring metrics.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal hiring policies, local labor regulations, and best practices
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. open positions, time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and prepare reports for the team.
- Provide Thailand market insights, including salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring trends, to support strategic hiring decisions and talent initiatives.
Skills & Experience that WOW US
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, either in-house or agency, with exposure to end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Fluency in Thai and English (verbal and written) is required to effectively liaise with local and regional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Thailand talent market, including hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms and job portals (e.g. LinkedIn, JobsDB).
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
