Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to lead and strengthen our recruitment function. This role will act as the senior member of the TA team, partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers to build an effective, scalable, and values-driven hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for critical and senior roles, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and closing offers.
  • Review, redesign, and strengthen the current recruitment process to improve hiring quality, candidate experience, and efficiency.
  • Design interview frameworks and assessment methods to ensure objective and high quality hiring decisions.
  • Develop and train hiring managers on recruitment processes, interviewing best practices, objective evaluation techniques, and mitigating unconscious bias.
  • Ensure recruitment processes effectively assess both technical capability and cultural fit.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify hiring trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to conduct workforce planning and support hiring decisions aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and support recruitment-related projects and employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, campus recruitment activities and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirement

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within a fast paced or growing organization.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
  • Demonstrated experience of revamping or building recruitment processes from scratch, rather than operating solely within existing systems.
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
