The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) plays a critical strategic role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to meet the current and future workforce needs of the organization, particularly within the fast-paced EdTech industry.
This role is responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process, implementing proactive sourcing strategies, and serving as a strategic consultant to leadership on market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end talent acquisition operations from getting requirements from hiring manager to onboarding new staff.
- Designing, planning and executing recruitment and selection processes (e.g. conduct interviews and screen calls, administer psychological tests, etc.).
- Manage talent acquisition agencies to produce results under a limited budget.
- Act as an interview coach/partner to all hiring managers.
- Actively looking for opportunities for our company to represent ourselves to targeted talent pools.
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to communicate our real EVP.
- Help us become Thailand's most preferred tech employer.
Requirements:
- You understand the concept of Employee Value Proposition especially how to identify and communicate it.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment function from competitive companies and a proven record of hitting targets.
- You're the best person when it comes to representing us as one of Thailand's leading tech companies.
- Active, Work under high pressure, Well organized , Positive attitude, Energetic.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good command of English
