Key Responsibilities
● Strategic Partnering: partner with hiring managers and senior management to identify manpower requirements, handle headcount planning and align on budgeting.
● Full-Cycle Requirement: take complete ownership of the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. Utilize multiple sourcing channels and cutting-edge tools to attract high-caliber candidates.
● Pipeline Management: manage the top of the recruitment funnel (talent sourcing, resume reviews, screening, and interview scheduling) to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
● Talent Advisory: provide expert guidance on drafting job descriptions and designing competency-based interview questions. Drive accountability in interview evaluation and feedback processes
● Stakeholder Collaboration: partner closely with Regional TA Leads and Functional TA PIC to manage regional recruitment processes and deliver hiring reports.
● Cross-Functional Alignment: establish and maintain excellence working relationships with the People Operations team ensuring Talent Acquisition adds strategic value to their decisions.
● Thought Leadership: act as a trusted talent advisor to the business, offering insights on market trends, talent landscape and hiring best practices.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree with 5 - 10 years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
● Professional working proficiency in both English and Thai (written and spoken) as you will interact with local and regional teams
● A strong individual contributor who can also collaborate seamlessly within a dynamic team environment
● Ability to multitask and able to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
● Strong analytical mindset with attention to details when solving recruitment challenges
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
