What we&aposre looking for

We are looking for a Sr Recruiter to be responsible for sourcing the best candidates (locals and foreigners) and matching them to the right positions.

Responsibilities

• Experience handling full-cycle recruitment including liaisons with the hiring manager.
• Responsible for sourcing the best talents with Linkedin and other Job Boards/Channels.
• Sales mindset, and excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Provide talent market research to support salary recommendations.
• Execute full cycle recruitment strategy: active and passive sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and salary negotiations for both local and foreign candidates.
• Keep your candidates in the loop, providing timely responses and feedback to the processed candidates.
• Keep track of all potential candidates&apos information in the Application Tracking System database

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 Years of experience in tech recruitment (with experience in the Thai Market)
• Experienced in both In-house and recruitment agency.
• Strong experience in different sourcing channels such as Linked and Developer Communities & Forums ( GitHub, Stack Overflow, Social media)
• Excellent English: written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoy helping candidates match their career goals with company roles.
• Good in storytelling to engage with candidates.
• Proactive and able to multitask.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Be service-minded. Have a bright and positive attitude.
