Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while enhancing the employer brand. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and passionate about talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless hiring experience and strong talent pipeline for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring to meet business needs within the defined timeline.

Hiring Process Management: Handle offer negotiations, employment contract preparation, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Employer Branding: Strengthen the companys employer brand through employer branding campaigns, social media engagement, and recruitment marketing strategies.

Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve recruitment and selection processes to enhance efficiency and align with market trends.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience from interviews to onboarding, aligned with company culture.

University Relations & Internship Program: Develop relationships with universities and manage internship programs to build a strong talent pipeline.

Recruitment Channels Management: Oversee job boards, recruitment agencies, social media platforms, and external networks to expand the talent pool.

Data & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and present recruitment insights to refine hiring strategies and decision-making.

Other HR Projects: Participate in additional projects or initiatives to support overall HR and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or employer branding.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, hiring trends, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using job boards, recruitment agencies, and social media hiring platforms.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and improve hiring processes.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
