About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (APAC) based in the Thailand to lead full-cycle hiring across multiple countries within the APAC region. This role will focus on identifying and attracting high-quality talent across functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Support& similar roles.
The ideal candidate is experienced in regional hiring, understands cultural nuances across APAC markets, and is comfortable partnering with global and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across APAC regions as needed.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each market using:
- LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and regional job boards.
- Professional networks, employee referrals, industry communities, and talent mapping research.
- Draft and localize job advertisements to attract relevant talent across diverse APAC markets.
- Conduct resume screening and initial HR interviews; coordinate functional interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with global hiring managers to define role requirements, align timelines, and influence decision-making.
- Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and deliver weekly hiring dashboards (time-to-fill, pipeline status, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Ensure hiring practices comply with local employment regulations in respective APAC regions and internal HR policies.
- Support employer branding and outreach initiatives across APAC, including career fairs, community engagement, and digital campaigns.
- Manage relationships with regional recruitment agencies and talent partners.
Education & Experience:
- 47 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years hiring across APAC markets.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven success in sourcing for Sales, Customer Success, or Business roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or AI powered evaluation platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple time zones.
- Experience working in a remote-first or multinational environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality-tech, travel-tech, or startup organizations.
- Exposure to regional employer branding strategies.
- Experience hiring for scaling teams in fast-growth organizations.
