Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Talent Management Specialist serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in People Development and Talent Management, responsible for designing, driving, and continuously improving development initiatives focusing on Upskill & Reskill, Leadership Development, and Soft Skills.

The role works closely with HR leadership and Line Managers to enhance organizational capability and build a strong talent pipeline across Sales, Support Functions, and Manufacturing. Mandatory, Compliance, and Regulatory Training are excluded from this role..

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. People Development & Learning Design

  • Analyze organizational skill gaps and development needs across employee segments.
  • Design and deliver people development programs focusing on upskilling and reskilling.
  • Propose development frameworks aligned with business and HR strategy.
  • Partner with Line Managers to identify and prioritize development needs.

2. Leadership & Soft Skills Development

  • Design and facilitate leadership development programs for various leadership levels.
  • Develop and deliver soft skills programs (leadership, communication, coaching, collaboration, growth mindset)
  • Coordinate internal and external trainers, coaches, and facilitators.

3. Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Support talent identification and talent review processes.
  • Facilitate succession planning for key and critical roles.
  • Track development action plans for high-potential employees and successors.
  • Advise Line Managers on talent development and readiness.

4. Performance & Development Dialog (PDD)

  • Support and improve the PDD process.
  • Enable Line Managers to use PDD as a development-focused tool.
  • Analyze PDD outcomes and monitor development plan progress.

5. Learning Activities & Learning Culture

  • Design learning solutions: workshops, learning circles, action learning, coaching, mentoring
  • Promote a strong learning culture and cross-functional learning

6. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate effectiveness and impact of development program.
  • Analyze learning data and provide insights to HR leadership.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • 610 years of experience in People Development, Talent Management, or Learning & Development
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership and soft-skills development programs
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
