Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with Thai tax laws and regulations, including CIT, VAT, WHT, and other applicable taxes
  • Satisfy all the requirements needed to enjoy BOI tax benefits
  • Assist logistic department in resolving custom related matters
  • Prepare and review tax filings, returns, and reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage tax audits and liaise with the Thai Revenue Department
  • Provide tax advisory support to internal stakeholders on business transactions and contracts
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company
  • Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and group tax teams
  • Assist in tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax position
  • Ensure proper tax risk management and internal controls

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in tax, preferably within a multinational manufacturing company.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with tax audits and dealing with authorities
  • Strong understanding of international tax concepts (transfer pricing, cross-border transactions) is an advantage
  • Must have a solid background in taxation, especially in PND50 and PND51., PND.3, PND.53, PND.54 and PP.36.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA Thailand) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in Thai and English.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
