Senior Technical Lead

Job Title: Offshore Full Stack Developer (React JS, Node JS, AWS, Flutter) Overview We are seeking a skilled and versatile Offshore Developer with hands-on experience in React JS, Node JS, AWS cloud services, Flutter mobile app development, and modern CI/CD practices. The candidate will work closely with onsite teams to deliver highquality, scalable applications across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities . Develop responsive, highperformance web interfaces using React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, Hooks, and modern frontend patterns. . Build backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node JS, Express.js, and related frameworks. . Design, deploy, and maintain cloud solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, RDS/DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, and Cognito. . Develop crossplatform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring smooth performance on both iOS and Android. . Manage version control and collaboration using GitHub, Git branching strategies, and pull request workflows. . Set up and maintain GitHub Actions for automated builds, testing, and deployment pipelines. . Implement CI/CD pipelines for web, backend, and mobile apps with automated tests and environment-based deployments. . Ensure code quality through thorough unit test coverage using Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Flutter test suites, or similar frameworks. . Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. . Collaborate effectively with onsite product owners, architects, QA, and design teams. Required Skills & Experience . 4-8+ years of experience in fullstack development, including web and mobile projects. . Strong proficiency in React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and UI component design. . Solid backend development experience with Node JS, Express.js, RESTful APIs, authentication, and microservices architecture. . Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services and cloud-native design principles. . Experience developing and deploying crossplatform mobile apps using Flutter. . Strong experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions (CI/CD pipelines). . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. . Experience writing unit tests and ensuring high test coverage across frontend, backend, and mobile codebases. Nice-to-Have . Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform or CloudFormation. . Exposure to serverless application development on AWS. . Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices. . Experience with automated mobile build tools (Fastlane, Codemagic).
