Trianz is an applied AI solutions company that accelerates customer business transformation through AI powered Transformation Services as a Software Model. With 25+ years of transforming enterprises, we've evolved to a product-led, platform-driven organization serving global enterprises across Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, and other industries.

With global presence across 4 continents, our platform portfolio under the unified Concierto brand delivers end-to-end transformations including solutions for Migrate, Manage, Maximize, Modernize, Insights & Agentic AI, and SecOps - delivered through strategic partnerships with leading hyperscalers.

We're building the premier innovation-led organization in the digital transformation space through AI-first methodologies and data-driven excellence - RevolutionAIzing Transformations.

Role Overview

Every commitment the CTO makes - to the executive team, to peer functions, to Sales - lives or dies by how well it is tracked, managed, and delivered. You are the person who owns that map.

This is not project administration. This is not ticket tracking. This is not agile coaching. This is strategic delivery ownership at the senior IC level inside the CTO Office - the nerve centre of a fast-moving AI product organization that is simultaneously building a private AI platform, a multi-module SaaS product, a security architecture, and an agentic AI product.

You must have shipped AI or ML products to production - not managed IT rollouts, not run ITSM programs, not coordinated software releases in a services company. You need to understand what a model release actually involves, why an architecture sign-off cannot be rushed, and how to read the difference between a real blocker and engineering noise. Without that context, you cannot manage the CTO Office delivery map with the credibility this role requires.

You will own the master delivery map across all six CTO Office verticals. You will run the weekly delivery standup. You will produce the monthly report that goes to the CEO. You will flag risks before they become misses. And you will be the person the CTO trusts to tell them the truth about where delivery stands - not what people want to hear.

Key Responsibilities

Master Delivery Ownership

  • Own and maintain the master CTO Office delivery map: all workstreams, all commitments, all dependencies across all six CTO Office verticals
  • Map every CTO commitment explicitly to its stakeholder, deadline, and delivery owner
  • Manage the dependency map between CTO Office output and implementation team schedules
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables with full visibility into status, risk, and blockers

Executive Reporting & Communication

  • Produce the monthly CTO delivery report for the CEO — what shipped, what is at risk, what is coming
  • Surface blockers and risks to the CTO with enough lead time to course-correct, not after the miss
  • Translate complex technical delivery status into executive-level language without losing accuracy
  • Maintain the single source of truth for CTO Office commitments across all stakeholder groups

Cross-Team Alignment & Dependency Management

  • Run the weekly CTO Office delivery standup — surface blockers and risks before they escalate
  • Drive cross-team alignment meetings between the CTO Office and peer engineering functions
  • Manage inter-team dependencies: where CTO Office output feeds product engineering, Sales, or customer delivery
  • Resolve priority conflicts across workstreams with CTO guidance and stakeholder alignment

Risk & Escalation Management

  • Identify delivery risks early: distinguish real blockers from noise before they reach the CTO
  • Build and maintain a live risk register across all active CTO Office program
  • Design escalation paths and response protocols for delivery misses
  • Track post-escalation resolution and ensure commitments are re-baselined accurately

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience - 15+ years

AI/ML Program Delivery:

  • Shipped AI or ML products to production in a TPM or program management capacity — not IT project management
  • Managed cross-team delivery program where CTO-office-type output fed into engineering team implementation
  • Produced executive-level delivery reports used for CEO or board-level decisions
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML development cycles: what makes model releases different from software releases
  • 8+ years in TPM or program management with at least 3 years in AI or ML product companies

Technical Depth

  • Working understanding of AI/ML system components: model training, evaluation, deployment, and versioning
  • Familiarity with LLM development cycles: fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, inference optimization, guardrails
  • Understanding of architecture and design review gates in AI product development
  • Ability to distinguish technical blockers from process friction without being a practitioner
  • Comfort reading technical specifications, architecture documents, and engineering roadmaps
  • Familiarity with modern AI development tooling: experiment tracking, model registries, CI/CD for ML

Program Management Excellence

  • Program-level delivery ownership — not sprint-level task tracking
  • Cross-functional dependency mapping across engineering, product, sales, and executive stakeholders
  • Executive stakeholder management: translating technical status into business-level reporting
  • Risk identification, escalation design, and resolution tracking
  • Commitment management: tracking what was promised, to whom, and by when
  • Delivery cadence design: weekly standups, monthly reports, quarterly reviews

Mindset & Fit

  • Owns delivery outcomes — not just tracks delivery activity
  • Comfortable telling the CTO what they need to hear, not what they want to hear
  • Operates with high autonomy and low supervision in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
  • Driven by delivery integrity — commitments mean something and misses are unacceptable
  • Naturally cross-functional: equally comfortable with engineers, architects, and C-suite executives
  • Builds trust through accuracy, consistency, and proactive risk flagging

Good to Have

  • Capital raise or investor reporting in a technical context — comfort with board-level communication
  • Program-level tooling — JIRA, Linear, or equivalent at multi-team program scale
  • Hardware-plus-software delivery — program management experience across mixed delivery environments
  • CTO or VP Engineering office experience — understanding of how a technical leadership office operates
  • AI startup or scale-up background — experience in high-velocity AI product companies
  • OKR design and tracking — program-level goal setting and measurement frameworks

This Is NOT This Role

❌ An IT project manager from a service or ITSM background

❌ A Scrum Master or agile coach without program-level ownership

❌ Someone who tracks tickets but does not own delivery outcomes

❌ A program manager without hands-on AI or ML product delivery experience

❌ Someone who reports what happened — not someone who prevents what shouldn't

Why Join Trianz

CTO Office Proximity: You sit at the center of everything the CTO Office builds — private AI architecture, platform unification, security architecture, and agentic AI product development. No other program management role gives you this breadth of technical exposure.

Strategic Visibility: Your monthly report goes to the CEO. Your delivery map is what the CTO relies on to make commitments to the executive team and to Sales. The visibility is immediate and real.

AI-Native Context: You will manage delivery program that include model releases, architecture signoffs, evaluation frameworks, and agentic AI system launches — not just software sprints. This is where TPM meets the AI frontier.

High-Trust, High-Autonomy: The CTO trusts you to own the map. No micromanagement, no handholding. You surface the risks, you run the cadence, you own the outcome.

Zero Bureaucracy: Fast-moving, high-ownership environment. Decisions move quickly and delivery accountability is real — not performative.

Growth Trajectory: Direct exposure to CTO-level decision-making, board-level reporting, and AI product strategy. The fastest possible development path for a senior TPM who wants to grow into a Head of Program or Chief of Staff role.
