Job Description
- Provide technical support which will include:
- Supervision of inward chick deliveries through to the first 7 days of life on customer's farms.
- Liaison for urgent technical issues linking with assigned technical manager.
- Translation and review of translated technical literature to support local industry.
- Liaison and link to local industry associations or organizations.
- Gather local market intelligence.
- Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge through communication with relevant personnel and assisting with the delivery of technical seminars and trade shows.
- Data collection and field performance analysis to produce technical required report reports
- Understanding the customer's objectives and forming long-term business partnerships in order to satisfy customer requirements.
- Developing plans and deploying resources to service customers in order to improve product performance and achieve set objectives.
- Work with assigned clients to establish and monitor technical service objectives.

- Understanding and communicating modern management practices in the local industry.
- Influencing through effective persuasion to drive change and improved product performance.
Job Qualifications / Key Personal Attributes
- Over 10+ years of senior level experience in poultry breeding, veterinary sciences, or commercial poultry operations.
- Expertise and strong knowledge in poultry technology and current best management practices in breeder and broiler production.
- Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science is preferred.
- Strong time management, negotiation, and conflict management.
- Computer skills, including spreadsheets, use of computer database/ CRM, formal report writing, presentation, creative design, and economic modeling.
- Critical thinking and excellent in problem solving skill to generate tangible product performance improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Being a role model to demonstrate corporate values to the wider technical team.
- Willingness to travel regionally / relocation (if required).
