Job Summary
Lead the architecture and implementation of Microsoft and Cloud solutions. You will manage project lifecycles from start to finish, provide technical guidance to customers, and mentor team members to deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management and co-ordinate (30%)
- Manage and coordinating with customer for project installation, implementation and project sign-off
- Managing and coordinating with vendor for support project
- Product document as required in regular work of department
- Support mainly Microsoft product and another related field such as Infrastructure project
Implement Microsoft On-Premises and Cloud Solution (70%)
- Ability to architect Office 365 solutions, Security product of Microsoft Eq MS Defender family, Azure and Microsoft Private Cloud
- Ability to implement advanced features in Office 365, Exchange hybrid, SharePoint, SSO, DirSync, ADFS
- Ability to create design and implement Cloud AWS eq. [IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and Network infrastructure on Cloud]
- Ability to interact with customers, gather technical requirements for projects and build a detailed architecture based on gathered information
- Ability to co-ordinate with pre-sales technical team to provide solution or service for new opportunity
- Build up competency of Microsoft team (yourself and team member) to achieve company target achievement
Desired Experience, Knowledge & Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in computer, Computer Business or any related fields
- At least 7 years experience in IT architecture, IT infrastructure or any related fields
- Well experienced in implement Microsoft Product (Active Directory/Exchange Server/SQL Server/System Center, Hyper-V, O365, Azure)
- Experience in design and implement Public Cloud AWS
- Microsoft Certified is preferable
- Automate tools ansible and Terraform deploy AWS cloud is preferable
- Microsoft SCOM/SCSM/SCVMM will be advantage
- Customer service and implementation project background
- Experience with implementation project management
- Skill in relationship development and management
- Ability to deal with complex customer service issue
- Strong leadership-takes ownership for project and results
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Good command of English
- Pleasant personality
