Responsibilities
- Lead a team in prospecting, qualifying and closing inbound leads, outbound cold calls, and customer portfolio expansion
- Oversee daily telesales progress updates and reports
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team and telesales management to optimize lead management
- Ensure the team's daily use of CRM systems
- Train, coach, and mentor the team for successful telephone-based sales
- Develop effective telesales methods and strategies
- Others assigned by direct report
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- 5-8 years of experience in Telesales
- Strong passion for Telesales, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn
- Good communication and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of Software
- Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office
- Experience in team management, leading, coaching, or supervising a Telesales team comprising a minimum of 20 members
- Strong command of English
