About the Role

The role involves executing Customer Engagement Excellence by focusing on conducting high-quality and compliant Long-term Focused Interactions (LTFIs) and Integrated Pharmacy/Channel Selling (IPS), while providing promotional activities assigned to specific Target Customers to improve Customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the customers, including influencers.
  • Make call activity to doctors, pharmacy, and TAs/Leaders against planned call frequency.
  • Analyze and justify based on such a reason area with in/outside tailor-made activity to serve customer and business needs.
  • Make territory sales plan based on their territory and knowledge, skills.
  • Work independently, helping team members to develop and increase knowledge, skills, and performance.
  • Support PM/Medical for any project/training related to product or therapeutic as per assignment.
  • Work with Sales Mgr. to ensure pull through of managed care strategies with customers
  • Execute territory business plan to achieve/surpass sales objectives for assigned products.
  • Develop customer relationships through effective account management, meetings, programs, and initiatives.
  • Utilize data and insights to analyze territory and identify best opportunities to meet realistic sales targets.
  • Plan, schedule and implement promotional activities to achieve objectives.
  • Organize and execute events for medical & healthcare professionals or customers.
  • Update customer data continuously on real time.
  • Order management by respective SOP.
  • Healthcare professional education.
  • Keep updated records of customers, which may involve database management.
  • Plan visit, schedules, and daily/weekly/monthly timetables. This may involve with sales team, stockholders and distribution channels.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science or medical science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical or other health-related industry
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Possess scientific and negotiation ability
  • English skills as needed
  • Desire to develop and demonstrate professional education programs with a focus on products in order to support patient outcomes
  • Be able to work independently and perform time management
  • Be able to identify, prioritize and target key customers
  • Be able to work as a team
