Develop, release, and maintain test packages, including test specifications and test packages for sample creation and production. Analyze and troubleshoot test results, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues. Optimize test time, yield, and quality, and support new product opportunities. Provide clear documentation and collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality test packages.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for development, release and maintenance of test packages.
- Provision of Test Engineering related work products like the test specification, test packages with different gradings for e.g. sample creation and production.
- Analyse and troubleshooting test results, identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with test hardware and module owners.
- Perform test time reduction, test yield enhancement, quality improvements, and supporting custom requirements for new product opportunities.
- Provide clear and concise documentation of test report, results, and findings for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with project managers, test concept engineers and test pattern suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality TPs within project timelines.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with preferred >3 relevant years of experience in product or test engineering.
- Familiar with process technology and fab parametric test correlation with product yield.
- Good knowledge in the various fields of IC development (design, test validation) and IC production (wafer processing, production test, quality and reliability, yield).
- Good knowledge in UNIX & MS Office, ATE hands-on skills. eg. A93K
- Good knowledge and skills in programming (C++, Java, Python).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Candidates with consumer application background will also be considered.
- Experience with automotive SoC microcontrollers and their applications.
- Thorough experimental/mfg.design knowledge (DOE & SPC), and solid understanding of process/design/test integration
- Participated in 1st Si debug, yield and test time improvement, work closely with test and design engineers to release product to full production.
- Able to communication effectively to engineers of different technical background.
- A highly motivated team player with good analytical and problem solving skills and a strong drive to excel.
- Knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence techniques applied to test development.
- Good command of English
