Senior Treasury Officer

Job Description:

• Manage credit facilities, loan reports and financial covenants.
• Coordinate with lenders, advisors, rating agencies, and regulators.
• Support capital raising and debenture issuance.
• Arrange principal and interest settlements.
• Ensure accurate submissions to SEC/ThaiBMA.
• Build and maintain strong banking relationships.
• Contribute to funding, hedging, and corporate finance initiatives.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
• 4 years+ experience in Finance or Treasury; capital markets knowledge is a plus.
• Strong financial analysis and corporate finance skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English ,both written and spoken
