Job description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our product and design team in our Bangkok office.
You will lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and scalable product experiences across our digital platforms from onboarding flows and core product journeys to dashboards and growth initiatives.
As a senior member of the team, you will own end-to-end design initiatives, partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership, and help shape the long-term UX vision of our fintech products. This role requires both strong execution skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, shape solutions, and prioritize impactful improvements.
- Design complex user flows, systems, and scalable experiences across onboarding, account management, payments, and growth features.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI aligned with our design system.
- Translate business strategy and customer insights into thoughtful product solutions.
- Conduct and lead UX research, usability testing, and validation efforts to inform product direction.
- Drive data-informed design decisions using analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), and behavioural insights.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure scalability and consistency across platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and elevate design standards across the team.
- Collaborate on product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional workshops.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance ideation, prototyping, and workflow efficiency.
- Champion user-centered thinking across the organization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Digital Experience Design.
- Proven experience designing complex, data-driven digital products (fintech experience is a strong plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, systems design, and polished execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration workflows).
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, UX architecture, and scalable component systems.
- Experience conducting research and validating product decisions through testing.
- Ability to communicate clearly with executives, product leaders, and technical teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading design in fast-paced environments.
- Experience or interest in AI-powered design workflows and experimentation.
