Bank X, a consortium of Thailand's SCBX, South Korea's Kakao Bank, and China's WeBank, was granted a virtual bank license in Thailand this past June. We are now working towards our goal of commencing banking operations in 2026.
Our primary objective is to provide Thai customers with a technologically innovative and user-friendly virtual banking experience. With the technical expertise of our partners from Korea and China, we are poised to make a significant impact on the Thai market.

Key Responsibilities
- Write clear and concise text for our mobile banking application, including user interface (UI) text, button labels, error messages, notifications, and all page flows.
- Translate and localize app copy from English to Thai, ensuring the tone and style are culturally appropriate and easy for Thai users to understand.
- Work closely with product owners, UX designers and engineers to define and develop content strategies that improve the user experience.
- Contribute to and maintain our company's voice and tone guidelines, style guides, and terminology glossaries for both English and Thai.

- Launch a new banking app with a highly intuitive and user-friendly interface.
- Reduce user confusion and error rates through clear and effective microcopy.
- Increase user engagement and successful task completion rates within the app.
- Establish and maintain a consistent and trustworthy brand voice in both English and Thai.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both Thai and English, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages.
- Proven experience as a UX writer, content strategist, or similar role, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and the user-centered design process.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A portfolio or work samples showcasing your ability to simplify complex information and write for a user-friendly digital experience.
