Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive end-to-end ownership of the finance function across global entities. This role will oversee accounting, reporting, audit, taxation, compliance, FP&A, treasury, systems, and stakeholder reporting, ensuring alignment with US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Ownership & Governance

• Own and lead the entire finance function end-to-end across global entities.

• Establish a robust financial governance framework ensuring compliance, transparency, and

Accountability.

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and leadership team.

Accounting, Reporting & US GAAP

• Ensure full compliance with US GAAP, including revenue recognition, consolidation, and

Intercompany accounting.

• Own global financial consolidation (multi-entity, multi-currency).

• Drive accuracy, timelines, and automation in financial reporting.

Monthly Closing & Reporting

• Own and drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with strict timelines.

• Ensure accurate reconciliations (GL, intercompany, accruals, provisions).

• Review and sign-off financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• Continuously improve close cycle timelines and reporting efficiency.

Audit & Compliance

• Lead end-to-end audit management (statutory, internal, group audits).

• Ensure audit readiness and timely closure with minimal observations.

• Strengthen internal controls / SOX frameworks.

Taxation & Regulatory

• Own global tax strategy and compliance (corporate tax, transfer pricing, cross-border taxation).

• Ensure timely filings and regulatory adherence across jurisdictions.

• Optimize tax structures and mitigate risks.

FP&A & Business Finance

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

• Build financial models and scenario analysis frameworks.

• Drive profitability, cost optimization, and KPI performance tracking.

Board & Lender Reporting

• Prepare and present board packs with key financial insights and business performance updates.

• Manage lender/investor reporting, including covenants, compliance, and financial disclosures.

• Present financial performance, risks, and outlook to senior stakeholders.

Treasury & Cash Flow

• Own cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.

• Manage banking relationships, funding requirements, and capital structure.

Systems & Transformation

• Lead ERP (Sage Intacct) implementation and optimization.

• Drive finance transformation, automation, and process standardization.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

• Partner with cross-functional teams and global leadership.

• Manage external stakeholders (auditors, tax advisors, regulators, banks).

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

Strategic Initiatives

• Support M&A, due diligence, and integration activities.

• Drive business expansion and investment evaluation.

Education & Experience

• 16+ years of experience in finance with global/multi-entity exposure.

• Strong expertise in US GAAP, audit management, and international taxation.

• Proven experience in end-to-end finance leadership roles.

• Experience in PE-backed / high-growth organizations.

• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Sage Intacct).

• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Background in Big4 / structured environments preferred.
