Role Purpose:
The SVP FP&A will be a key strategic finance leader, responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, treasury strategy, and investor communications. This role partners closely with senior management to support business growth, capital efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead group-level budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth, profitability, and capital allocation decisions
- Develop management reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis for senior leadership and Board
- Act as a key business partner to business heads, supporting pricing, product profitability, and expansion initiatives
Treasury & Capital Management
- Oversee treasury functions including liquidity planning, cash flow management, and funding strategy
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and funding partners
- Support capital structure optimization, debt planning, and funding cost management
- Monitor financial risks including interest rate, liquidity, and funding concentration risks
Investor Relations (IR)
- Lead investor relations strategy, ensuring consistent and transparent communication with investors and analysts
- Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, and management discussion documents
- Support earnings calls, analyst briefings, and investor meetings
- Act as a key liaison between management, investors, and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, treasury, or investment-related roles
- Proven experience working with senior executives, Board members, and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of funding structures, capital markets, and investor communications
