We're looking for a creative and experienced Senior Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer (Gaming) to join the Design Unit. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about storytelling through video and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation and creation of compelling video content, from concept to final edit.
- Plan storyboards and edit videos with a keen eye for detail and pacing.
- Create engaging motion graphics to enhance video storytelling.
- Conceptualize ideas by researching information, collaborating with the team, and sharing creative concepts.
- Ensure all videos align with the brand guidelines and meet the requirements of both the marketing team and our clients.
- Guide the team with clear direction, efficient workflows, and strategic input to ensure smooth project execution.
- Foster a collaborative, flexible, and accountable work culture.
- Experience in gaming or a strong understanding of design and video trends is a plus.
Qualifications:
- At least5-6 yearsof creative video editing experience at an in-house agency or external creative agency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Communication Design, Digital Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Passion for gaming, digital art, and effective communication through creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) as related to Premiere Pro.
- Experience in motion graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in Thai and English (Intermediate level).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in video editing related to game-related content fields.
- Experience leading team members in the design team and managing projects at the part lead level.
- Portfolio demonstrating engagement and contribution to design projects.
