We're looking for a talented Senior Visual Merchandiser to join our visual merchandising team and bring impactful retail experiences to life across various store formats and event spaces.
Responsibility:
- Create 2D & 3D planograms, store layouts, and display mapping based on client briefs.
- Develop VMD kits, special displays, and store improvement concepts to support new product launches and campaigns.
- Manage project timelines and ensure all VM tasks are delivered on schedule.
- Work closely with clients, receive briefs, prepare presentations, and align on direction.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Retail Communication, Graphic Design, Project Management, Procurement, and Account.
- Prepare drawings/specs and collaborate with vendors on cost estimation, prototypes, production checks, and installation.
- Conduct store surveys and competitor checks to identify opportunities for visibility and VM improvement.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Design-related field (Product, Interior, Graphic, Furniture, etc.).
- 510 years of Visual Merchandising experience, with 3+ years in a senior level.
- Strong understanding of VM principles and ability to adapt global guidelines to local needs.
- Experience in retail, multi-project management, store development, or fixture design (a plus).
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D tools (SketchUp, V-Ray).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- English communication skills required.
