Role Summary
Design, implement and manage Server and Cloud (Linux System Administration)based systems for businesses. Develop and implement Server and Cloud Management (Linux System Administration) applications, migrate existing on-premise applications to the cloud, and debug cloud stacks.
Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Design and Develop Cloud Infrastructure
- Plan and architect cloud solutions using platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Build and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and security configurations.
- Cloud System Administration
- Security and Compliance
- Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies.
- Ensure cloud environments comply with security standards.
- Cost Optimization
- Install, configure, and maintain cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Monitor cloud systems using tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, zabbix and etc.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity
- Implement cloud cost management strategies, including rightsizing resources, leveraging reserved instances, auto-scaling, and eliminating unused assets.
- Monitor cloud usage and performance, and proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on cloud spending and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Technical Consultation and Support
- Work closely with application, security, and network teams to ensure seamless cloud integration
- Provide technical guidance for cloud migration and optimization initiatives
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience with at least one major cloud service provider (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure)
Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง:
- Understanding of core services such as Compute, Storage, Networking, and Database (e.g., EC2/VMs, S3/Blob Storage, VPC/VNet, RDS/SQL Database).
- Experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation/ARM Templates to automatically provision and manage cloud environments
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
- Understanding of designing and implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) plans in a cloud environment.
- Experience in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks
- Experience using Monitoring and Logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver) to track performance and identify issues.
