Job Description

Job Summary

Oversee project and service delivery, ensuring objectives are met. Coordinate with customers and teams, resolve issues, manage processes, provide technical guidance, support technology roadmap, and collaborate closely with sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the project taking into account integration across all areas and ensure service meets requirements and objectives.
  • Summarizes Issues, coordinates, and communicates with Customer and FTH Service Team Leads.
  • Responsible for expediting the issues/requests received.
  • Manage service team members and service operation work on process and procedure.
  • Negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects.
  • Provides guidance and technical consultant role to customers for upcoming and ongoing projects and support services from Customer. Supports the development of technology roadmap.
  • Close Collaboration with FTH Sales team.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex systems.
  • Ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within an organization.
  • Experience in Project Management or Service Delivery Management is a must.
  • Good command of English. Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Good presentation and power point skill is a must.
