About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Specialist to support and drive new service deployments and customer onboarding initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring seamless service delivery launches by managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining delivery excellence across global delivery hubs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support project management activities for new service deployments and customer onboarding from a service delivery perspective.
- Manage medium-to-large scale projects related to major service launches and service extensions, including:
- Project planning
- Milestone tracking
- Deliverables management
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Scheduling and status reporting
- Partner closely with the PMO team to support new initiatives and develop end-to-end project documentation for delivery hub launches.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery launches, ensuring clear and timely communication of milestones, risks, and project updates.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and internal teams to manage request forms, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain and update Global Service Delivery documentation, including Service Delivery Manuals and tracking guidelines.
- Provide process and project management support during large-scale escalations.
- Ensure internally developed tools and trackers are updated to reflect changes in implemented processes.
- Drive process improvement initiatives focused on cost optimization, resource efficiency, and quality enhancement through process re-engineering.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 03 years of professional experience in service delivery, project management, operations, or related roles.
- Basic to intermediate experience in project and process management.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet stakeholder expectations.
