Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and calibrate ASMPT SMT equipment, including DEK printers, SIPLACE placement machines, and inspection systems at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on ASMPT machines to ensure optimal machine performance
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to address customer needs and support solution development
- Conduct training for customer engineers, technicians, and operators on machine operation, maintenance, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
- 03 years of experience in SMT machine installation, maintenance, or process support (DEK, SIPLACE, etc.)
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, networked computers, and machine control
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across regions and provide shift-based support
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car for travel to customer sites
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
