Position Title: Test Service Engineer

Number of Openings: 2

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan Province, Thailand (Srisi Suvarnabhumi Project)

I. Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the installation, debugging, testing, and commissioning of company equipment to ensure that it meets the company's technical standards and is successfully put into operation, while also completing test reports and preparing relevant technical documentation.
  2. Responsible for after-sales service, including equipment inspections, fault diagnosis, repairs, maintenance, and technical issue analysis, promptly resolving on-site customer problems, improving equipment operational efficiency, and minimizing customer downtime.
  3. Responsible for providing customer training on equipment operation, routine maintenance, and care; preparing equipment operation manuals and related technical materials to ensure that customers can use the equipment correctly and safely.
  4. Proficient in reading and understanding English equipment manuals, electrical drawings, and related technical documents; maintain communication with the headquarters in China and the engineering team to jointly analyze and resolve equipment technical issues.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support, including machine demonstrations, technical solution presentations, and solution development, offering professional technical consultation to customers.
  6. Strictly adhere to the company's quality management system and safety standards, as well as all safety management regulations of customer factories, to ensure on-site operational safety.
  7. Prepare on-site service reports, analyze equipment operation and fault conditions, and continuously propose recommendations for improving equipment performance and service quality to enhance customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.
  8. Be available to travel to customer factories for on-site service as required, and accept short-term business trips within Thailand (Bangkok, Greater Bangkok area, and upcountry) as well as overseas.

II. Qualifications

  1. Associate degree (Diploma) or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
  2. Candidates with an associate degree must have 3+ years of relevant work experience in industrial equipment installation, debugging, repair, or after-sales service.
  3. Possess 3+ years of experience in industrial equipment installation, commissioning, repair, or after-sales service; experience in equipment servicing within the food, beverage, bakery, or food processing industries is preferred.
  4. Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to read English equipment manuals, technical documents, electrical drawings, and communicate via email in English.
  5. Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and various equipment technical documents.
  6. Chinese communication skills are preferred.
  7. Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting abilities, high sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit, interpersonal communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning of new technologies.
  8. Able to work in the field and travel domestically on a long-term basis; possess a valid driver's license; candidates with their own vehicle are preferred.
