Service Engineer

Office Location: 26/71 Moo No. 7, Rachathewa Sub-district, Bangphli District, Samutprakan Province

Salary Range: 25000-30000THB/month*14+travel allowances+benefits

Duties:

1. Actively participate in all kinds of training organized by the company to improve after-sales service ability and service quality;

2. According to the company's norms and requirements, timely and effective after-sales service support for customers;

3. Responsible for the subsidiaries covering the market to provide online and on-site machine quality problems processing;

4. Responsible for the application and replacement of equipment maintenance parts covering the market of the subsidiary;

5. Responsible for the installation and commissioning of new equipment covering the market of subsidiaries;

6. Responsible for providing customers with operation, maintenance, simple problem handling training;

7. Strictly abide by and implement all kinds of safety precautions required by the company and customers on site to ensure personal and equipment safety in the service process;

8. Cooperate with the company's service work arrangements, and have the obligation to travel to other business regions/countries of the company to provide after-sales service support;

9. Responsible for the after-sales service in the process of machine quality improvement suggestions;

10. Responsible for assisting other colleagues in the subsidiary to complete the on-site inventory of the subsidiary's spare parts warehouse;

11. Responsible for putting forward spare parts suggestions for the subsidiary spare parts warehouse in the process of after-sales service

12. Assist in completing other service work arranged by the Technical Service Department of the headquarters.

Job Requirements:

1. College or bachelor degree, 3 years of injection molding machine industry or related industry service or technical support work experience or other educational background, more than 5 years of injection molding machine design, after-sales service or maintenance experience;

2. Mechanical manufacturing, electrical engineering, automation or plastic materials and other related majors, understand conventional plastic raw materials;

3. Proficient in injection molding machine and peripheral equipment electrical schematic diagram, hydraulic schematic diagram, mechanical assembly diagram/component diagram;

4. English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, skilled use of Excel, PPT, Word;

5. Proficient in the operation and maintenance of injection molding machine and peripheral equipment;

6. Able to handle on-site repair and maintenance work;

7. Excellent written and oral communication skills to work with customers, employees and suppliers;

8. Able and willing to travel, including international travel;

9. Have driving liscense.
