Jobs Description:
- Provide Field Services installation and Technical Support for IP Surveillance System, Network infrastructure and network security product at customer site.
- Provide high level service and applications support to customers on the Company's products.
- Attend to any call made by customers require supporting.
- Manage, handle technical case, request RMA of product with Vender's TAC.
- Work with customers for Troubles Shooting and Preventive Maintenance.
- Flexible for working schedule re-arrangement or relocation.
- Provide technical support and on-site technical service to product users.
- Project management for Network, Security and other project's installation as assigned.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Engineering, Science (Computer Science).
- 1-5 years experience in trouble-shooting and equipment servicing.
- Basic skill for understanding concept of IT (Server, Storage), IP (Networking, Router, Wifi), and UC (Video Conference, IP Camera).
- Familiar with Cisco/Huawei technologies are advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, configuration, and problem solving IP network surveillance system, Common TCP/IP services including HTTP, FTP, DNS, and DHCP, Switch, Router, WLAN, firewall, IPS etc
- Certification in networking and security of responsible product is an advantage.
- Good command in Thai & English.
- Able to travel upcountry on short notice.
