What You'll Do
This
Service Engineer role is ideal for a
fresh graduate or early-career engineer who is interested in water and wastewater treatment and enjoys working closely with customers. You will primarily
support and service existing industrial customers in Thailand, ensuring their water treatment programs run efficiently. This includes monitoring system performance, supporting ongoing treatment programs, and helping identify improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of existing customer accounts by ensuring water treatment programs are running effectively and meeting performance targets.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor system conditions, collect samples, and assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing water and wastewater treatment programs under guidance from senior team members.
- Support on-site trials, system adjustments, and performance tracking for current customers.
- Prepare service reports, document findings, and provide clear updates to customers and internal teams.
- Work closely with the sales team to maintain strong customer relationships and support retention and upselling opportunities.
- Assist in customer audits, inspections, and routine service activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards at customer sites.
- Continuously learn and apply technical knowledge to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical) or a related Science field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Internship or academic exposure in water and/or wastewater treatment is an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in a field-based, customer-facing role.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach.
- Service-minded, responsible, and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites within the Bangkok Metropolitan Area (approximately 5–10 days per month).
